      1. Your stigma and shame about being dark is on you. Brown is beautiful.

      2. Whites want to look tan because it is sign of wealth to be able to afford to visit tropical paradises.

      3. I live in the USA so by definition cannot be a sexpat. Even if I was, your country's women are a bounty to be harvested.

      1. I'm not Indian nor am I brown. Nice try though. I just happen to be standing up for them against another typical entitled white asshole.
      2. And equivalently, Asians want to look white because it is a sign of wealth to not have to work in the fields, under the sun. Yet you say it's Indians who are unhappy with being brown. Which is why I said, by your logic, whites are unhappy with being white.
      3. You write like a sexpat. I was kind of joking at the time I mentioned that, but now I am sure of it by your particularly cringey sexpat comment there. And I may have exaggerated on the fupa part, because maybe you aren't fat but are actually one of those super skinny whiteboys that only plays video games and talks shit on the internet. Either way, you people are the scum of the Earth, even among your own race. Which btw, is a common theory for why sexpats act the way they do. It's sad.

      2. Bleaching your skin is unhealthy and unnatural and is an attempt at "passing".

      3. A sexpat is an expat to lives in a country where it is easy to bang women. I live in the USA.

      2. Using tanning beds puts people at high risk of getting cancer and spray tans contain DHA, which is very harmful to the body. It is unhealthy and unnatural.
      3. A sexpat is a low-life loser that got rejected from their own country. Again, you should note the difference between being a sexpat and writing like one. Since you appear to have a rough idea of what a sexpat is, it should be obvious to you that you think and write like one. Not going to explain this one again for a third time.

      2. No need to use a tanning bed since whites are privileged and can afford to holiday in tropical resort to get tan.

      3. A sexpat got rejected by a fat 50 year old hag who thinks she is attractive to 35 year old millionaire studs ( just look their profiles ). Going to a developing country to find women with more realistic expectations is no different than USA high tech companies off shoring r&d to developing countries. Using your logic FAANNG etc are low-life losers whose offers got rejected by American developers.

The girls in developing countries offer their companionship without coercion or regret. Whereas an Indian working in India for FAANNG etc often bitches about the quality of work and whines for a transfer.

In short you are a hypocritical prude, likely afflicted with deadly sperm build up.

Fear mongering. Indians are way behind Mexicans in the deportation queue which is longer than their GC queue.

Here is the reality. Indians in general stay legal. When the clock strikes March 2018, the statuette of limitations will kick in and will stop DACA kids from being deported(
      http://fourohfouram.blogspot.com/2017/09/daca-amnesty-and-statute-of-limitations.html?m=1
      )

Legal folks like me will be scared to go undocumented and will leave the country (self deport) when their h1s stop getting renewed.

DACA kids will be safe. Parents of these DACA kids will get kicked out.

      Everyone else will be safe.

Really? I thought AC21 was law passed by the Congress, while H4EAD was just an executive order that was subject to the whims of the President. An arbitrary reinterpretation of the law by USCIS would be subject to lawsuit.

Sure they can sue ..but do u think the admin cares? Btw it has already started ..check out axios which is a legit source https://www.axios.com/dhs-may-end-h-1b-extensions-for-workers-with-pending-green-cards-2522201851.html

Yes, we've read these news stories. We haven't seen any notice or memo from the USCIS indicating the updated interpretation. For a law passed by the Congress on the books, with many years of precedent on how that law has been interpreted by USCIS, any change in interpretation has to be published publicly. Even if they don't publish it publicly, the first rejected extension will be challenged in a US court of law where they will have to produce such a memo (if it exists) as a part of the discovery process. Once that happens, the court is likely to throw that interpretation out citing all the precedent from USCIS itself.

I agree with Appleguy7, maybe some percentage of the extension applications are rejected. A 100% across the board rejection is easily challenged as a discriminatory action, since immigrants from only two countries would be affected

@PD ij44 - firstly the article is only 18 hours old and a newer one
your tone suggests you didnt even open it ..
read it clearly before being dismissive it says it might be getting published in the govt register in feb ...this is new information

Secondly ofcourse there may not be blanket rejections to start with ..but where there were almost 0 denials before ..even a short spike would make employees/ and more so employers wary ..eventually moving away from this system ..hence achieving 'self deportarion'

This is bad for America’s competitiveness.
There are so many high skill immigrants that contribute to the economy, pay taxes and want to start businesses . Sending them back will make Silicon Valley a ghost town.
