How is Twilio as a company to work for? How is the compensation for 10yoe backend engineer? How is wlb?

WLB is great. Very family friendly. We are not a FANG but offer >70% of pay curve. Stock has been killing it making comp even better. I've got 15yoe and NO ONE can match my current TC.

Old thread but I was on an initial call with a Twilio recruiter. They asked what my salary requirements were. When I gave a number lower than my current comp the recruiter immediately wanted to end the call because they couldn’t meet my expectations.
