Twitch TPM interview

I am interviewing for the TPM role at twitch and they asked me to take an online assessment. Looks like it is a 3 part coding test and takes 115 minutes. How common is it for TPM roles to take online tests? Is it the same test offered to SWE or a different one?

It makes no sense. We’ve TPMs who have associate degree or no degrees with absolutely no tech background forget coding. This is very interesting and wonder which org had this bar.

I did one but it wasn’t a “take home test” it was an actual phone / video / shared document screen like a dev would have.
