Twitter Annual Salary Increase
Received an offer from Twitter recently. Twitter folks, how much percentage of base salary increase did you get this year? Current TC: 250K
What? This must be a lie. No company has 0 raise without promotion. Probably 2-3%? Are you calling that insignificant?
0 this year for me. ~1% stock refresher. They used a high stock price to determine RSU refresher.
1% of base for stock refresh? We aren’t known for over paying but we did about 40% up to 60% this time.

Square has regular raises even if no promo? Although I heard square doesn’t give any bonus. At Twitter we have base + rsu + bonus.

We could care less about 3% COL raises. Twitter still pays well: base + rsu + bonus. Also pays for cellphone bill up to $90 and $60 for fitness reimbursement every month. We also have free breakfast, lunch, and a smoothie bar.
This 6 month cycle nothing, but in april I got a 3% base salary bump.
