So I've applied through 2 separate referrers to 4 different SWE positions on Twitter. All were rejected with a generic rejection message and the referrers just mentioned it was my lack of experience (1 YoE). I have two FANG interviews lined up, would it be worth reaching out to a Twitter recruiter on LinkedIn with this info in hopes for at least a phone screen? Or should I just let this go? Twitter was my top pick :( TC: 100k

So 2 personal employee referrals for 4 roles didnt work out. Got auto-rejected. And you think cold emailing a recruiter on LinkedIn will be the game changer you need to get a call? Does that actually make sense to you? You know the answer. Revisit in a couple years when you have more experience and hopefully better connections that can at least get a recruiter phone screen and not auto reject emails.
