Hey all, Anyone have any input on what it’s like to work for Twitter. They used to be a hot topic when I was graduating college a bunch of years ago but it seems they have cooled off. Either way I’m thinking of applying there. Are they still competitive with comp? Is it still a good place to work? How’s the WLB and workload. Is the PTO policy decent or even average? Looking for SWE roles. Tc: 180k

Twitter can pay *very* competitively. I'm not an expert in the other areas but: I think wlb is team depended but tends to be average. PTO is unlimited which means it's very team depended
I like it. I’d only consider going to uber because I like the service, or some cool startup. But I prefer to get paid well. No desire for any big company.
I've been with Twitter for close to three years now. Really loving everything-- per capita impact, compensation, learning opportunities, getting to work with crazy smart folks. And the PTO policy is great honestly. Take as much as you need. Just do your 100% when you're back
Also they can beat most offers. Like someone said perhaps except paper money rsus :)
