Currently an L7 at F. Being recruited for Director at Twitter. Worth interviewing ? TC 500K
I haven’t interviewed yet so don’t know TC
Well given the state of politics, Twitter is going to be ripe for profit for at least the next couple years.

I made the same choice at much more junior level, would only have been more certain at a senior level.
Director is definitely a jump in career. It will set you on a different level and can propel your career for a executive role in next 5-10 years. Don't just look at comp.

Director puts you in the lead position of a major product, but largely depends on the org. Which org is this for?

Know of someone who did the opposite. Twtr director to l7 at fb.
TC at Director for Twitter was equal to low band L7 / high band L6 at FB so i declined .
