Typical base for mature startup?

10 YOE, TC 270K I might be getting an offer for EM at a pre-IPO series D funded company that is likely to IPO in the next two years. Is it crazy to ask for base equal to my current TC which is 270K? Or more? On Glassdoor it seems most companies do not offer this high a base. I would be getting stock options on top but not sure how lucrative that will be at this point so I would rather cover the risk with base.
