USCIS status delay?
i received an email from Fragomen on 1st Nov saying H1 transfer is approved with new validity dates however USCIS case status site is still showing pending decision is it normal that status updates online are delayed this long ?

Under Trump they are more occupied with denying visas rather than doing anything else properly... so be thankful yours was approved and move on ...

zen_goel Nov 5, 2019Its normal. Sometimes status do not update well on their website. As long as Fragomen confirmed the transfer was approved by USCIS, you're all set to put in your notice.
Yes. Some of my older applications still show as 'case received'. Easily one of the most inefficient organizations.
