Hey everyone! I see a lot of mentions about L4, L5, 67, 68 and other measurements to differentiate engineers within their responsibilities and performance at different companies. Does anyone know of a level scale for UX design at these companies and what the responsibilities/progression of each level would be?
Design, prod and eng share same laddering system. See http://www.levels.fyi for cross company comparison. Responsibilities and progression are also relatively similar as far as expected impact on business. One key difference is the number of people you manage is dependent on function.
