Sr. Ux designer, Baltimore, 130tc. High for the area.
Good for you
11 YOE, Seattle, ~$270k (fiscal year)
Wow. Good for you
Because of stock price, I will make about 270k, but my target is around 205-210. Over 15 YOE.
8 yoe, Microsoft, 260-320k yearly for the first 4 years depending on bonus. After that tbd depending on stock refreshers. I'm level 65. In Seattle. Check levels.fyi for some numbers, but making more than $250k is standard for tier 1 and tier 2 companies like FANG.
UX research contractor, job description asks for 2 YOE 125k base, no stocks Now I have 3 YOE and I'm apply for FTE elsewhere. How much should I be getting Bay area
UX Researcher, Denver, Colorado $109k base, 8 YOE
33% make more than $250k? Really? Why do these ppl insist on purposefully skewing a platform that could bring so much transparency?
It’s believable in the Bay Area. If you’re considering base, yearly bonus and RSU. With base and yearly bonus alone I’m close to 200k. And I’m not at a big company (also not at IDEO anymore). Today I was quoted a range for a new position in SF that was 150 - 200k for base salary.
That’s awesome! How many YOE if you don’t mind me asking?
