UX researcher / business analyst - avg salary range
Bio: In the industry for the last 6-7 years. Masters degree in graphic design I have been lucky to find jobs I love, working in design departments as a BA /UX researcher and instrumental in setting up UAT methodologies in my current company. What is the next move for me and what salary should I be commanding?

Why UR? That is cool, but as a designer there are, in my opinion, more options to explore emerging design disciplines. Look at mixed reality as an example waiting for design to bridge 2D to 3D. Such an exciting space.....
And mixed reality won't require research? of course it will. Or in other words, it's about what you want to focus on, because the opportunities are great both ways.
