The market seems to be full of training programs for UX/UI. As a graphic designer I am flooded by ads for so many programs it makes me head spin. Now that I am considering adding UX/UI to my list of skills how do I know which programs deliver the best training?
Industry experience > program degrees >> boot camp
Lot of hype. There is some value but not the kind that will get you a good job just from doing the bootcamp. Best case is do the bc to get basic skills, process, and tools knowledge, and keep learning and practicing and working

Having gotten a masters in UX my view is the bootcamps are shit
What are your suggestions then?
That is my concern for sure! Do you think a year or more program would be more effective? I would assume so?
