I have an onsite with uber ATG next week. Is the interview process similar to uber SWE? Most of my interviews are zoom interviews (video conferencing). Do zoom interviews have whiteboarding or coding on a laptop? Haven't done a zoom interview before. Anything I should know about? Thanks!
Similar to Uber swe. Leetcode and system design. And don't listen to all these uninformed comments about atg. It's a mission critical project for the company
Well obviously your information about Uber would be better than mine. But I remember that the leadership had said same about China and SE Asia. But ended up selling those businesses. Same is being said about India now (It is one of the most important growth markets for Uber), but I feel Uber is also on its way out from India.
CEO has maintained that self driving is mission criticial, investors also maintain that. Uber ordered 24,000 Volvos last year for a billion bucks in a similar deal to the one Waymo did with Jaguar. ATG is going nowhere for the time being. Uber cars have also driven 3 million miles on public roads, so there's enough data that a brief hiatus from public testing won't be a big hit.
How was your interview? How long did you hear back in?
I too have a zoom interview. Shall I know what the format would be?
There are lot of reports that Uber ATG even be spun off. It seems to be in turmoil with tests stopped, Dara confused. May as well wait to see what happens or simply try for Uber.
What did I just read
This is the most juvenile comment I've ever seen on blind.
