Uber Freight

Hi, YOE 4 Am thinking about an opportunity joining Uber freight as an swe. Read all the threads about this department. It looks like people have very different views about its culture, management, future. It sounds to me they plan to hire more next year in order to expand quickly into this business. But is it true freight has very high churn and why? What about the tech stack used in freight? Any thought is welcome. Thanks!
