Why?
His lieutenants damn near ran the company into the ground. The tech org was a mess. Engineering VPs had no goddamn clue what they were doing. They made stupid mandates like "we're all going to use Java/C# now" and flipped flopped multiple times. They churned through so many tech execs. All the good people left like crazy. I would put their engineers on the same level as those of Nordstrom. Dara himself may be a smart mofo, but all of this happened on his watch.

It's interesting how articles only focus on Uber and not Expedia at all. There is no mention or interest in the next CEO for Expedia. Who's going to answer to the $EXPE shareholders? Anyhow, futures are all red and I'm in for a ride down. Woo hoo!!
I'm just laughing at how the CEO will go from delivering something new in 1 week to 6 months....
