Uber folks, congratulations on the IPO. The share price is holding at $45. I wonder how close is it to the projected price before the IPO? I am curious to know what's the gap between external valuation before IPO and reality after IPO. This should impact the total comp that you received during your offer. Usually they expect the IPO price to be double or triple of the projected price. Is this the case in reality?
It is actually down . Trade projected to start at 43. Not enough holding at 45
It’s a rough day for the market as a whole. Even worse for Uber and Lyft apparently.
Trading has not started yet. How do you know it is holding at 45?
