What is compensation like within the marketing department at Uber (SF)? Numbers on Glassdoor and Paysa look quite dismal, would like better/more data points.
I’m in Marketing Finance/Operations and my offer was about $310 TC granted the RSUs vest over 4 years. Creative is always going to be kind of shitty pay since agencies pay shit wages and it’s kind of an uphill battle from there. My advice would be apply and they’ll tell you generally on a phone screen what the bands are low-mid.
Nope I’m going to Uber just haven’t started yet since we have to move and let kid finish out school year week after next. I’ve got about 5 YOE post MBA did some entry level SEM and Display stuff at Yahoo! before that right after undergrad.
