Uber On-site

I had my Uber on-site interview (non tech) at SF last Friday. I haven’t heard back from the team yet. I reached out to the recruiter yesterday and they told me that they didn’t get any feedback yet from the team. Is it usual for Uber to take this long ? What are my chances of still getting the job considering the interview went well. Also would it be right to reach out to HM directly if I don’t hear back by tomorrow? Thanks,
