Is this how it is for Google? I'm under the impression that it's like 10%.
I think this poll is skewed towards the people who passed. I think Uber engineers said it is like 20% or less. Most of the companies have 30% or less.
As someone who interviews candidates for onsites at Uber, I can tell you this poll is very skewed.

My own interview record shows a little under 50% but you have to get 80-100% of the panel voting to hire you for a decent chance to pass. I’d probably estimate 20-30% for onsite interview panels I’ve been on
