What level? , uber very rarely gives sign bonus
depends on competing offers, but still don’t expect more than $35-40k best case scenario and be aware that it’s paid in 2 years as 50/50

Uber has changed recently and now gives signon bonuses due to some “equal pay” initiative. It’s not a lot, but you might get mid 5 figures. It’s also harder to negotiate now. Source: friend got an offer from Uber.
I got no sign on bonus as well. The 4 year vested stock is named sign on bonus rsu though.
