1) be able to explain what you’ve done very clearly. 90% of the times the BR is from a different specialty than yours, unlike the technical interviewers or the hiring manager. They are used to hear people talk about things they know little about but you can’t assume they know everything about the tech. Contextualize, explain why this or that is important, etc.
2) develop awareness of yourself and your career.
and don’t overthink it. It’s really just a conversation about your work.
