Is the cash target bonus based on level and not individual basis? If so, what's the target bonus for level 5a SWE in SF?
How about refreshers?
In my hiring paperwork it says my target bonus at 1x is 55k, 20% of which is cash and the rest is RSU vesting monthly over 3 years. Does that sound correct or is that an outdated format? It sounds different from more recent offers from Uber that I've seen on Blind.
I heard there were some major changes to these earlier this year, but I hadn't started yet at the time even though I had already accepted my offer, so nobody ever explained the changes to me and I don't know if the changes even apply to me. Who should I be talking to?
Refreshers are pretty standard as well. I believe the goal is for everyone at the same level to have the about same amt. of unvested equity, regardless of if you’re a new hire or a 5yr veteran.
