Maybe. Seems less likely though. Jump had a lot of IP with their tech, and a monopoly on the SF market. Itβs still a very young market and buying Jump allows Uber to catch up. Iβm not sure if Getaround has a lot of IP. Also not sure if we want/need a 2 sided marketplace or just car rentals. Rentals is a money sink and not very profitable in general.
