Uber customer service is getting stingy and not even reading request. 80% of the time I’m having to repeat my request because the service rep doesn’t read the original request to make sure attachments were previously sent to help answer. They’re always having a different person address each response which causes a lot of disconnect.
Latest request was to get visa local offers earned credit. I submitted receipt plus screen shot of the location and % credit back from Uber app directly. Customer service in last two response said we understand your request but we are unable to adjust. I’m just trying to get my qualifying credit. What gives??
