Uber interview prep

Currently working as a senior software engineer at Bloomberg. planning to make a switch to Uber specifically. Any tips on interviewing specific to Uber? What stuff does Uber focus on thats non-negotiable? How do I structure the answers to my behavioral/manager rounds? Also what teams in NYC would be best to join at this point? Im looking for fast growth and even faster learning opportunities. TC 230 YoE 5

Freight has a lot of support at the company. That said, make sure your comp increase justifies the risk you’re taking
