New grads (and all positions really) have been consistently rising the past few years. 180k is not that outrageous.
base almost certainly won’t be movable, RSUs also unlikely, best bet is signing bonus
But I should attempt for RSUs over the signing bonus if possible?
it’s up to your liquidity preferences honestly and how much you think the stock will rise (or fall)
