Uber onsite followup - what does this usually mean ?
Had my Uber onsite a few days ago and recruiter tells me there are some updates and asks me to chat tomorrow. Is that good or bad ?

For me they phrased it has "we have some exciting news for you" which was indicative of an offer. Best of luck though!

Their recruiters are notoriously shitty, so it may mean they’re moving to offer or it may mean you have cancer.

Don't read too much into it. I got a similar message. The recruiter wanted to gauge my interest. Then confirmed a shared interest from the guys who had interviewed me.

Sadly recruiters play games to keep you on their hook. Keep looking and never celebrate early, gL Monday
I would say it’s good. Usually if it is bad then they will just email the rejection, or call and tell you or leave a voicemail. They are no longer invested in your candidacy. If it’s good they will want an in person call to figure out the next steps and TC
