I've an Uber onsite interview coming up in a few weeks (backend team). What to expect in coding and debugging round? And why do I need a laptop? Questions I have: 1. Is the laptop for general leetcode style questions solved on code editor? Or a practical problem like building a service? 2. Does the program have to compile? In that case, do I need to set up my laptop? Appreciate any additional tips. This is for a senior role.
Prepare for LC hard. You will be solving coding problems on laptop using hackerrank codepair. You should have a running code.

I did some research for you. https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Uber-Freight-Software-Engineer---Backend-Interview-Process-and-Questions-110 https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Uber-Freight---Backend-Software-Engineer-Interview-111 Good luck!
Great! Thank you! Android team at Uber asks candidate to build a small working mobile app and web front end team asks to build a tiny web page. I'm trying to find how this works for a backed team? Haven't found anything on this part of backend team interviews.
