Only Engineering/Product (Freight/ATG arent included) - If you’re scheduled to come onsite this week, you are still expected to come but don’t expect any offer - If you’re scheduled to come onsite next week and beyond, it will be cancelled - If you had an onsite and passed an interview, you will get a ‘yes but we can’t extend an offer until the hiring freeze is lifted’. (I wouldn’t wait but you make your own call) - If you accepted an offer but haven’t started, you should reach out to a hiring manager or recruiter to keep you posted **update** they won’t rescind any signed offers - If you’re interested to apply, you should definitely still apply but don’t expect anything at this moment - For all cases, please be nice to the recruiters. They also feel uneasy about their own situation as well ✌🏻
Glad I waited to pull the trigger on that big UBER buy order
This actually could be good for the stock price.
Not a good sign
Inte rest ing
I had an offer for EM a month ago and was asked to wait. I guess that was the reason
Likely not. HF has came as surprise.
What about data science?
there was a hiring freeze but it got lifted just 1-2 weeks ago ... will be interesting to see how this plays out
Is hiring really frozen?? I had an on-site scheduled last week but opted out at the last moment and accepted another offer. Sounds like I got lucky...
Do you think I wrote all this shit up just for fun? lol
I believe you, but man it's hard to believe! I thought Uber was killing it. Do you recommend buying Lyft?
Damn! I just did my interview today.
Let us know how it goes if you hear back
Any update @hellbent
3 weeks ago, recruiter contacted me, set up a meeting and then ghosted.
