Udacity offer structure
Hey guys, I am interviewing for a senior managerial position at Udacity and was wondering how the offer is structured. Can someone please share the details? Is it fixed pay + RSUs/options + bonus etc. Also, do they offer relocation packages? I will be moving from Seattle to Bay Area. Additionally, how would you rate their health insurance? Thanks!

Health insurance great but you should think twice about joining, did u hear about layoffs? Check glassdoor first ;)
Yes, I did hear about the layoffs. But apparently that is now over and with the new CEO, things will likely change for the better. Can you shed some light on the offer structure?
Liked the optimism :), New Ceo is just another cover for Thrun guy, anyways. Offer usually includes stock, perf bonus, usual perks and base. Perf bonus part of the offer is a lie
