Any tips? I am not applying to be part of the Path program so will I be competing against masters students? Any help is appreciated!
Congrats on landing the onsite. For standard SE or the forward deployed one? Note that interview format is a little different from most companies. Typically three rounds at Palantir onsite, only one is the classic whiteboard algo / DS problem. Another is a system design question And the third is a round where they show you a small codebase on a laptop with a couple of bugs or issues for you to find and fix. Palantir puts a lot of emphasis on culture fit. So make sure to brush up on why you want the job etc.
Oh, does it matter which role it’s for? I applied for SE but I heard they bait and switch so I figured they’d have the same process. I also know I’ll be competing vs Harvard Stanford kids as Palantir values prestige, so I’m a bit worried. Thank you so much for replying, I’ve been learning a bit of system design recently, cheers.
Decomp == system design?
