do you feel youre underpaid compared to other tech companies? why or why not
Aerospace isn't tech lol
Absolutely, and I know this because I had much higher SV tech offers lol
I have FOMO on using my EECS knowledge about programming and new tech! Lol
No RSU, ESPP at start of the career vs tech companies just pour it on to new grads!
I have comparible to average tech pay, but that's because I came out of tech, and if I went back I'd make a lot more
That seems to be smart move considering tech companies want to increasingly come into autonomous driving and UAV space.
Problem is I'd have to relocate to out of Los Angeles. There really is not a competitive market here. I have small children now and their grandparents and cousins all live here, so it is a bit bigger impact than when I left while single.

[Harsh Truth] Agile sprints are designed to make employees take no leaves 🙄🙄
TC for considering what is underpaid for you
TC is not the proper term for aerospace. Aerospace doesn’t have base, sign on and RSU....
