Understanding Citi Bank Hiring Process
Applied for a role at Citi within Retail Services. That was a month ago. It's under business review per the website but no updates from hiring manager or recruiter. Any ideas if I need to just be patient or expect to be dead in the water?

Usually receuitment is slow due to long process and managers themselves are also loaded with work leaving less time to focus on the recruitment.
Our recruiting team is pretty slow. We have tons of external and internal candidates. Do you have a referral inside the firm? That speeds things up significantly.
I didn't. Interview went really well. I even followed up directly with the hiring manager. He indicated that he was still interviewing however the postion just recently closed after being open since sometime In May/June so I guess I am wondering if that is indicative of anything.
