Unflushed 💩
Just venting, looking for common ground... As a women in a professional office, I never imagined I'd have a first grade issue, but do others find full shits left in toilets? WHAT THE FUCK. It's happened at more than one office, multiple times. In the worst instance, it was happening every other day and eventually we even figured out the guilty party. We got lucky, and she moved floors before we reported her. Also, not for nothing, she was in her 50's, had children and 30 year career, what the fuck was she doing? She also didn't wash her hands, which we think was an attempt to flee the scene of the crime (many, many, many notes were put up in the bathroom begging for it to stop). What motivates this type behavior? Why is it happening again? There aren't enough women in the office sharing that bathroom for the person to remain secret long.

We had the same situation but that was a "cultural" thing. Toilet paper was not used either. Also a "cultural" thing. Yuck...
She was a white American. And all the women in my office now are American as well. So in this circumstance, it's not "cultural". Plus, I've heard of not flushing TP (been there when I traveled) and I guess yellow can be mellow, but if flushing is possible brown goes down.
For the record the protagonist of my anecdote was also a woman.
Maybe organize the other women follow her in every time and tell her to go back and flush? "Hey - aren't you going to flush?" The message might get through that way.
Imagine how dirty her house is
maybe its time to ask building management to install auto flush toilets?

If you read posts here on blind, you will find plenty of advice on where to shit if you are not satisfied with your job. Perhaps just a way to get on the coworker nerves. But I never saw things like this happen in over 20 years which were not attributable to plumbing issues.
This may be it. In the particularly bad case, the employee was a contractor back at the company that laid her off 5 years before, after at 20 years there. We weren't on the right floor for that though, the wrong people "caught the shit".
Eeeeew. No. Not really. I find those toilet seat covers all the time though.
