Base: 135k Sign On: 10k Options: 3200 Current TC: 115(base)+30 rsu a year YoE: 2+ Have one more offer from a start up(graph database) with 130 base +7k sign-on in San Diego.(more taxes than Seattle) I know I will be taking a pay cut but I gotta escape the nuthouse and decided to avoid giants for now. Unity's work is not related to game engine, more into distributed systems/simulation space. Which one would you recommend?

^ I'm not sure where you're going with this, unity offers bleeding edge tech and is one of the most widely used engines on the planet. And I work at a very good tech consulting company, it's a great place to work and TC 240.
