* Entry Level * Hi, I got an offer from VMware, could you please help in negotiating this one? I am not sure how far I can stretch. Current offer:- 120k base, 140k stock, 20k joining. I have previous work ex of over 2 years. Masters degree. Thanks in advance.

Really good offer 40k is max level for RSU so $160k seems like a lot for entry level

Rsu seems high. I have heard VMware does not negotiate if you don’t have a counter offer.
3 years or 4 years of vest?
It’s shitty regardless. Do Leetcode and interview at a better company. If you can’t focus join a study group like Heapclub
