VMware Sr. Manager R & D compensation
I got a verbal confirmation after the interview and expecting an offer soon. I am wondering about the total compensation package for Sr. Manager role - salary range, RSUs, sign on bonus etc. If anyone has experience with vmware negotiating the numbers, then please share helpful info. Thanks!

190k base, 17% bonus, 150k rsu, 20k sign on
I would be curious to know what you end up getting.
The recruiter didn't come back with any offer yet.
I am in the same boat with an internal promotion. I was told the offer would be this week and all I got was crickets...
