VP marketing manager vs. marketing manager salary
are both titles equal at Chase? whats the Pay range for each of those titles? are the band levels the same?

You'll be VP in a year if you join as marketing manager.
Is that equal to senior manager or something? Amex already started me below the right level so Iโll be darned if I have like 9 yrs experience and at a manager level when I should be senior manager at the very least.

Why the face? Itโs a legit question. It varies from company to company and at Amex VP is a senior title, above director. Itโs different at Chase, Citi, Bank of America, etc.
