Vancouver base salary for 61 sde
I will need to relocate to the Vancouver office due to visa issue. What is the new base salary that will map to my current 130k usd, lv61? Tc 170

Generally the number drops between 10-20%. So if you make 100k USD, expect to get around 80-90k CAD. When I moved, my number dropped 12.5%. Your stock limit remains the same. Your cash bonus is a percentage of your base pay in CAD.
