How good is 135 CAD as compensation in vancouver with 14 years of experience as a program manager?
14 years of experience as a program manager or 14 years in the industry in total?
14 in total and 6 as PM
Vancouver housing is more expensive than Bay Area.
What should be a good one then?
TC should not be lower than 160k with your experience. A good one would be 180k+. Depending how good you are you could also be making in the low 200s (like with Amazon)...
Except amazon and few other companies, sadly 180k(even 150k) does not seem to be realistic in canada..

I will say is really low ... You should be at least 150 engineers are making more than 140k easily
Whatever you will earn, you will mostly pay for house rental. It is now run by housing mafia!
With your experience I will ask minimum 150, 135 should be your base + bonus should be minimum 150
Cost of labor is cheap in Canada and cost of living is high so 140k decent as per Canada market as you will be top 5 percentage of Canada population who will make more than 100k
