Vanguard ETF mix

I’ve got 75K I’d like to invest. How does this allocation look? Would you switch any of these out? Any others you’d recommend instead? VTI - 25K VOO - 25K VTSAX - 25K

I’m trying to diversify and generate a return in the next few years for a solid down payment on a house (renting currently). I’ll also be cashing amazon stock in the meantime.

Not sure if it is good idea to invest in stocks for small period of time. Read about stocks and index funds a lot. A lot. A lot. A lot. Then invest.

VTI - 45% QQQ - 35% REIT - 10% stocks - 10% How does this look?

Amazon Amznnn OP Mar 27, 2019

Woah, I like QQQ. And for the REIT, assuming Vanguard VNQ?

Vti = vtsax ~= voo. You are not diversifying here, these are redundant.

That’s the only real problem here
