Which IRA funds are you investing in and why? TC: 180k
Depends. Does Vanguard run your companies 401k? Or is this for an IRA or a taxable account?
Both, but this question is mainly for a traditional IRA
401K you are largely stuck with the funds your plan offers. For an IRA, I personally like the Primecap funds, but many of them are unfortunately closed to new investors. Another issue is, if you do the actual mutual fund, many have a 3K minimum. You can opt for the ETF instead and then there's no minimum. Another factor is you don't want to replicate what you have invested elsewhere. So you need to look at the whole picture, what is your 401K invested in, what is your IRA invested in, what are your taxable funds invested in. I personally would pick the "best" funds from the 401K, then diversify with the IRA. For example, if you have a Large cap fund in your 401K, you could invest in a small cap fund in the IRA, just as an example. Many 401Ks don't offer REITs so I personally like to invest in a REIT fund in the IRA for diversification.
VTI and VWO. Balance with VGLT depending on your risk appetite.

The new Tesla Model 3 P goes from 0-60 in 2.9 seconds
I moved it all to money market for now, I'll buy back in after the next crash.
Can you do that for 401k
Foolish. Be prepared for the possibility of missing out on years of gains before you decide to buy in again.
