Hi how’s Verily Phone Screen for SWE? Would it be like Google ? Same hiring bar ? LC Medium ?

I got lc medium. Was all string questions, but that may be because my interviewer was a bioinformatics grad. On site questions were easier but less close to standard leetcode questions

Got offer, not from lc, more like the problems here for phone screen http://rosalind.info/problems/list-view/. 3 onsite were lc hard, one was more system designey, one was a weird brain teaser with coding, but the coding was trivial once you figured it out
How is the TC compared to Google?
My offer was 157k TC for Cambridge new grad, so it seems similar.
Similar, provided it is alphabet stock and not some paper stock 😁

The researchers will drive the agenda. So, I am not sure what scope a SWE has.
Oh I see , and is there any kind of internal transfer to google . Is it easy to move from verily to google ?
I have seen people do it. Not sure how easy or hard it is. But in the two instances I know, they were at Google, moved to Verily and back.
