Visa Issues Support at Large Tech Companies

I don't have a GC and having trouble extending my H1B beyond 6 years. I intend to live/work in the Bay Area in the long run. Have verbal offers from LinkedIn, Uber and some FAANG. What's the typical reaction of these companies towards such visa issues? Do they offer to temporarily park you at an overseas office or tend to retract the offers altogether?

if u have anything around 8-9 months i would suggest having a conversation ans asking for immediate LC and PERM processing. They should be done within that time frame ... i would always talk about best case scenario in these situations

I don't have enough time for a PERM.

Amazon will park you e.g. in Vancouver or any other non US office depending on team you would be working on. Then you come back on L1 after a year

Does the comp stay the same as US comp?
