depends on level you get and the group hiring you. RSUs are usually given to high performers after 1 year. Base will be comparable. competing offers help a ton.

Not a performance based company. Low RSUs even after one year, but really cozy and great work/life balance. You won’t ever work more than 40-45 hours a week.

Visa DS is just glorified analyst. And they the analyst’s wage.
