Visa holders ad political party support

Why H1-b (temp visa) holders trying to be political ? they can’t vote and their opnions means nothing to political parties. Can they legally allow to make political donations? most likely not.

They often have family members or other relatives who are citizens.

They can’t make political contributions in federal election a and remember in-kind politics contributions are also illegal unless you’re a volunteer of some sort. But given that they are in California which cares more about illegal immigrants than Americans likely nothing would happen especially if it’s for local or state elections

Wow. That's not a very Winnie the Pooh attitude Mr. Milne. As a second gen immigrant my parents care deeply about policies because they affect me. I think that's reason enough, and if this kind of attitude is prevalent in Twitter I'm all the more glad I've rejected them every time they recruit me.

If you or your parents are citizens or permanent residents then they can contribute to federal campaigns; in money or in kind. So I’ve no issue with you doing any of that.

You can be a volunteer or run ads of your own and pay for it, but directly your can't contribute ..
