Visa through Telecom Companies

Which company out of Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint, AT&T and Comcast provides the most visa sponsorships. If you have been sponsored by any of these companies would like to get your advice. Were you able to get a GC? What was the process like, do you take a pay cut? Want to work in the telecom industry, but need to be sponsored. Oh, also do you need to have experience, or can you be a new grad?
