Offer from VMWare for MTS3 with 6 years experience

144k base
75k rsu vesting in 4 years
12 percent bonus per year
10 k signon bonus

Is this fair? Which portion of the compensation should be more?

    I think you should ask for Sr MTS
    Your bonus% increases with that.
    Ppl usually overlook the bonus component and feel base is low. But bonus is good.

    It falls on avg spectrum but not the highest but isn’t it the case in graph. Most samples sits on around avg and a few on higher and lower ends?!
