Candidate with MS + 7 year of experience. Vmware gave following offer for MTS3 Base : 150k Bonus : 12% RSU : 50k Is it good offer ?
Looks lowball
MS + 4yoe in US Offered SMTS Base 179k, 17% target bonus, 100k stocks, 30k sign on bonus Looks like a lowball in terms of level as well as TC

Compare to this new grad offer.
All offers are based on candidate. At 4 yrs exp someone got hired as SMTS doesn't mean every one with 4 yrs experience will be hired as SMTS nor everyone will be offered the same TC. Blind offers are just a data point that lets say VMware can offer SMTS with xy TC at z yrs exp. YMMV depending on your interviews, past experience, competing offers, hiring team needs etc. If you have any competing offers, just tell them and they will come back with revised offer. Without competing offers, just tell them your expectations are slightly higher and why you deserve xyz TC with justification. TLDR if your interviews were good and your background aligns with the role, that TC is less than market for that yoe.
One year experience :126k base + 12% bonus and 20k RSU . So yes it’s not a good offer ..
